Don’t Get it
I received this mp4 player as a gift for Christmas. I immediately ran into problems with the touch screen – I could never get it to respond very well to me at all.

Horribe
I have had my Mp3 for about 2 weeks and I liked it at first but then after the first 2 days I started having problems.

Nice device for a fraction of the price!
I had been aching and longing for an Ipod touch since they first launched, but found them to be a bit cost prohibitive.
First let me say, the customer service for this device is super. The player works great the only thing I needed was the update for video viewing and received this within 30 minutes and the video was up and playing within the next 30 minutes. Great video quality compatible with those Apple devices…we have 3 of those, so I know what I am talking about. The music player is great, the FM radio works great, and viewing photos is great. We have had the player for almost a week and my 8 year old grandson can navigate around the player just fine. The player is sturdy and is completely touch screen. I am very pleased with my decision to take a chance with this player. My 24 year old said she’d want one for her birthday if it was good quality, well guess what she is getting. She will love it. dathib

I love this thing
I’m fifty, not a natural at gizmos, and had a fairly easy time figuring this one out straight from the package.

greatly disappointed
Pro Ebiz 4 GB Video MP3/MP4 Player with 2.8-inch TFT TouchscreenBought this for my daughter for christmas since she picked it out.
this player is great, like my title says it has a few quarks (like it will turn off on me if a song ends and i’m browsing the song menus for another song. But honestly that doesn’t bother me as that happens very rarely). the screen quality is great too, it’s very bright and detailed, the screen is pretty sensetive too, i don’t know what the people mean by having to stab the screen, i just press it and it carries out my selection. So if you want a cheap touch screen mp3 player that can play some movies then this one’s for you.
p.s. that person really will send you a new conversion software program if you write him, i already have and he answered me back within a day.

Maybe I got a bad one?
I charged it for about 7 hours and the thing would not stay on. So i left it on the charger and was messing around with it and within 20 minutes of messing with it the touch…

Cool!
This is a fun little MP3 player! It has a super long battery life! Other than the video converter software being the wrong version, it took no time at all to download the correct…
I bought the 8gb version off of ebay for around $85. Seen them as low as $79.
As others have said, the interface is a bit quirky but not annoying IMO. I love the simple drag-n-drop for loading mp3 files. Converting video, including DVDs, was simple with the conversion software that came with it. I’ve seen some people complain about it, but they most have an older version. Depending on where and whom you bought from. They may inclose a website where you can download and update the conversion software (mine did, but wasn’t needed)
Depending on the file size and format of what you are converting can take anywhere from a few minutes to up to an hour. The biggest video I’ve loaded was 800mb. To convert and load took about 20 minutes.
For about $20 more I can add a 4gb minisd card (For a total of 12 gb!)
I have no real complaints about this product especially as I saved $200 over an ipod touch.
Again, a little quirky, but easy to master IMO.

Worth the cost
Nice MP3 player for my 11yr old daughter – it was within her price range, lots of memory, easy to program.

The device is simply cheap!
the device is just cheap. Frankly, it is a waste, just save up some money and buy a better quality mP3 player.
