  1. I have purchased 500G but there is only 465G available and there is nothing saved on the hard drive. Why is that?

  2. The produce is good, however for some reasons, Amazon took a long time to ship. It is suppose to be a standard free shipping but at the end took 3 weeks to reach me. Got to have good patient to wait for the shipment.

  4. I bought this item aug. of 2009 for 95.00 usd from amazon

    It was bigger than I expected kinda like a over sized next gen. ipod, it was wider than assumed.

    works good i bought the kroo case as well and it fits just a little to snug but ok, just need to find case for the small 10″ usb cable yes that right I said for the unbelievably small 10″ cable, come to think of it I should of took away a star for that.

  5. I liked it but DO NOT use the included software. It crashed my laptop hardrive.
